
II'm a journalist and author with a passion for food and culture. My articles have covered everything from commodities to magazines, many of which are about food! Bon Appetit is a particular favourite, with its focus on flavour and ingredients. Some scenes in my thrillers The Trade and Off The Rails include my favourite restaurants and bars -- often the prelude to action, or a change in pace for readers to get to know the characters. What better place than at the table or bar?
