II'm a  journalist and author with a passion for food and culture.  ​My articles have covered everything from commodities to magazines, many of which are about food!  Bon Appetit is a particular favourite, with its focus on flavour and ingredients.  Some scenes in my thrillers The Trade and Off The Rails include my favourite restaurants and bars -- often the prelude to action, or a change in pace for readers to get to know the characters.  What better place than at the table or bar? 

 

For  someone who writes for a living and lives to eat it is a pleasure to give readers my personal views on restaurants.  As an author, I treasure reviews and am always enormously grateful when people take the time to give them.  Much like when I cook a meal, it's always good to get feedback!
